Partial match
The entered search term will searched for in words and word segments. For example, the keyword "Art" returns matches like "Art, Cart, Artic, Martial", but not "Art Gallery" etc.

Exact match
The search term has to be an exact match with fields or fields that are being searched in. If you search for a term like "On Sunday afternoon", then fields which only have the terms "sunday" or "afternoon" will not be found.
